Up to 16 weeks



We offer one-time workshops up to a 16-week group program that will incorporate students' seven core emotions (happy, sad, bad, fearful, angry, surprised, and disgusted) in a fun and interactive environment, while they focus on the R.E.A.C.H. Principles for Kids:

  • Respecting themselves and others;

  • Empowering and encouraging themselves to be their best;

  • Adapting to change and new things;

  • Caring for themselves and others;

  • Hearing with their senses.

Workshop topics include:

  • How to identify your emotions.

  • The effect your feelings have on yourself and others.

  • Empathy and compassion.

  • Self-regulation strategies that work best for me.

  • Using R.E.A.C.H. my everyday life.
