We offer one-time workshops up to a 16-week group program that will incorporate students' seven core emotions (happy, sad, bad, fearful, angry, surprised, and disgusted) in a fun and interactive environment, while they focus on the R.E.A.C.H. Principles for Kids:
Respecting themselves and others;
Empowering and encouraging themselves to be their best;
Adapting to change and new things;
Caring for themselves and others;
Hearing with their senses.
Workshop topics include:
How to identify your emotions.
The effect your feelings have on yourself and others.
Empathy and compassion.
Self-regulation strategies that work best for me.
Using R.E.A.C.H. my everyday life.
