Teen Community Care Collective (TC³) is a five-week certificate program that builds emotional intelligence, leadership, and real-world readiness in teens. Participants develop the skills needed to create emotionally safe, inclusive, and respectful environments in their schools, workplaces, and communities.
Through interactive workshops, guided discussions, and hands-on projects, teens explore emotional awareness and regulation, bullying prevention, identity and inclusion, digital citizenship, healthy relationships, and leadership for positive social change. These aren’t just concepts — teens practice applying them in real-life situations that are relevant and important to them.
TC³ also prepares youth for the modern workforce, where emotional intelligence, communication, adaptability, and empathy are essential. Graduates leave confident, capable, and recognized as emerging leaders who know how to work with others, manage challenges, and lead with care and purpose.

EQ at Work
Emotional intelligence (EQ) is a foundational life and workforce skill that shapes how people manage stress, communicate, build relationships, and navigate challenges.
In the workplace, EQ is strongly linked to effective leadership, teamwork, conflict resolution, employee retention, and overall organizational health—because how people work together matters as much as what they know.
For teens, learning emotional intelligence early supports mental well-being, academic engagement, decision-making, and resilience during a critical developmental stage.
Research consistently shows that emotional intelligence predicts long-term success, life satisfaction, and healthy relationships, often as strongly as—or more strongly than—IQ. That’s why TC³ focuses on building practical, real-world emotional intelligence skills in teens now, so they’re better prepared for school, work, relationships, and community life later.
